went out with some KASOCians and Ryan last Wednesday; the usual - dinner then coffee/inuman. Mostly inuman, along with nostalgic stories of our freshman escapades [old much?]. Hahaha.

Last Friday, July 20, marked the end of UP MCO’s week-long 14th anniversary celebration, and the much awaited MCO Night. I think everyone ended up having gas by the end of that night, because everyone kept laughing the whole time. Even if we started late (as we do all activities), and had a bit of drama c/o Dreo (hehe), everyone went home elated. Highlights: MChOrale’s perf (*sniff*sniff* so proud! hehe), Eclat’s jokes (da best!), and THE FOOD. We also heard inspiring (-ish) messages from the four alumni who came - Ate Sara, Ate Armi, Kuya Gino, and Kuya Archie - and had these funny awards c/o RATT. :) We also had an after-party at Dapo, near Tomas Morato Ave.

wala pang season 2 ang Heroes. KEEL ME NOW. T_T
My sister and ninang came home from their US vacation two days ago, which meant pasalubong galore for everyone here at home. :) They were supposed to arrive Tuesday night but engine trouble delayed their flight, which was actually a good thing because if we had to fetch them during that heavy downpour last Tuesday we would’ve been stuck in EDSA for hours. They also got to stay for one night in Japan because of the delay, so it was a good, unfortunate happening for everyone.
There is now one fact of life I must face. I am an addict. Yup, you read it right. I am an addict. My fix? HEROES. Gawd. I just finished watching season one, and because i have no copy yet of season two, YouTube will just have to do for me. Haha, adeek.
School starts in a little over a week. About time too, because I am starting to get BORED.
… ang UPStage. Sa wakas! Although we didn’t win, it was still a very fun night for MChOrale, mainly because of the support we got from the MCOers who were at the event. Even those who weren’t able to watch still sent us their little "pep talk" messages through text.
DOD, thanks for watching! I missed you. Let’s coffee soon.

The UPStage Amateur Chorale Competition our org will be joining is happening this Friday, and like before any performance I am starting to feel the jitters. Waah.
The rehearsals are also giving me a chance to get free workouts because of all the choreography. There’s also the undeniable fact that singing makes you feel hungry. Hehe.
Tomorrow we’ll be polishing the whole performance, and someone from the FOPC will be coming to our rehearsal to document us. Should be a blast.
I am sooo nervous. :-/
